PAC Global Academy operates daily from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM, including weekends. We invite you to visit us during these hours to begin your fitness journey.

Convenient parking for PAC Global Academy is available in Parking Lot A and directly in front of our fitness center.

Our personal training programs are tailored to your individual needs and goals, based on a comprehensive fitness assessment. We discuss pricing and package options during your complimentary initial consultation to ensure we find the most suitable plan for you. PAC Global Academy offers a range of services beyond field rentals, personal training, and group fitness classes. These include boxing lessons, private and small group soccer instruction, sport-specific athletic training, and meal preparation services. Soccer field rental rates at PAC Global Academy vary depending on factors such as time, duration, and availability. All rentals include access to convenient parking, a Bluetooth speaker, lockers, indoor restrooms, and pinnies at no additional cost. For outdoor fields, large field (9v9) rentals are $100 per hour, while small field (6v6) rentals are $75 per hour. Volleyball court rentals are $50 for 30 minutes for large 7v7 or 9v9 courts. Our meal preparation services are available to everyone in the Houston and Cypress, TX area, regardless of PAC Global Academy membership status. We invite you to place an order and enjoy our fresh, nutritious meals designed to support your lifestyle and goals.

For indoor soccer, parking is available near our indoor sports facility. If you're attending outdoor field events, please use Parking Lots B through D.
